Gino is the leader scientist of our laboratory.  He obtained his PhD in Molecular Biology at the Montreal University before pursuing his postdoctoral research at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer in Montreal. He cumulates more than 20 years of practice using Drosophila melanogaster as an experimental system.  

Hobbies : Fitness, music and trading !

Maïté holds a bachelor's degree in microbiology from the University of Sherbrooke. After completing two internships at Genome ProLab in 2021-2022, she now works there as a lab manager. Passionate about research and genetics, she applies her expertise to projects aimed at better understanding fundamental biological mechanisms.

Hobbies : Books, music (and Drosophila during the week) !

Séverine is an intern in our laboratory for the winter. Currently a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in health biochemistry at the University of Sherbrooke, she will provide valuable support to the laboratory's ongoing activities.
