For new customers, please follow the 3 steps below to complete your request.
If you are an existing customer, only steps 1 & 2 are required to complete your request.
Step 1
Targeted Mutagenesis
Please fill out this form to request a quote (one quote request per template plasmid to modified)
Following reception of your quote request by Genome prolab team’s, we will send you by e-mail an official service quote without obligation.
After acceptance of the quote and/or when you’re ready to send your plasmids, go to step 2.
Custom Plasmid Construction
Please fill out this form to request a quote for a custom plasmid construction.
Following reception of your quote request by Genome prolab team’s, we will send you by e-mail an official service quote without obligation.
Please do not send any DNA sequences with this quote request. After we review your project, we will send you a separate form to provide the sequences and detailed construct information needed for the quotation.
Step 2
Targeted Mutagenesis
Please complete this form to submit your constructs details
Please note that a “single mutation” is defined as any modification(s) made within a 10 bp region.
Fill a form for each of your template plasmid.
Once this step is complete, you can send your plasmid(s) to Genome ProLab as soon as possible.
For more than ten final constructs from the same template plasmid, please complete an additional form.
